Russian support on Windows2000

1. Russian keyboard

Note that Microsoft offers its own Cyrillic keyboard layout. An alternative is to use the Cyrillic keyboard layout from http://www.geocities.com/fontboard/cyrinst.html.

To enable the above alternative keyboard layout,

1) Download fbruss.zip from http://www.geocities.com/fontboard/cyrinst.html;

2) Unpack and install it on Windows2000;

3) After rebooting, enable it via Control panel -> Regional settings. Simply add the Russian ASDF input locale.
